When we waited for 45mins for our pizza we called , they told us our pizza will be there no longer than 30 more minutes. We tried calling them , out of 30 times calling they picked up 3 times and there'S two times where they hung up on us Verg rudely! They have terrible customer service in Bromsgrove , very rude , pizza takes forever when pa pa John is literally 3 minute drive to our location. We are very dissapointed with everything we will never order from PaPa Johns ever again and I don't recommended anyone to order from them either! Very dissapointed . Very rude staff!February 28, 2017
